Railroad Avenue is a private road that crosses the CSXT railroad and ends at the bluffs overlooking the Occoquan River. Three options are currently under consideration to remove the obstruction at the Railroad Avenue bridge: to remove and replace the bridge at its current location; to jack the bridge and raise it at its current location; or to remove the bridge and construct a new bridge connecting VA 123 with Express Drive (SC 1306) and Railroad Avenue.
