This is a pedestrian bridge over two active railroad tracks located northeast of the intersection of Liberty Mill and Mateny Mill Roads. The bridge will be raised to meet the minimum 21-foot clearance requirement. Current visual appeal of the brick walkway, lighting and landscaping will be maintained or replaced in kind, as needed. During construction, access will be maintained to all residences, businesses and services in the clearance improvement area, including the MARC Commuter Rail Station.
