What kind of products will move through the terminal? ● The terminal will handle over 30 trains per day once fully operational and have a yearly throughput capacity, including block swaps and lifts, of close to 2 million containers containing anything that can be bought at your local retailer – from household electronic equipment to clothing and other consumer products.

How big is the intermodal facility? The Northwest Ohio Intermodal Terminal will span 500 developed acres in southern Wood County, OH and will operate on 24,000 feet of working track, maintain an additional 100,000 feet of block swapping track and include wheeled parking for approximately 280 units.
